When will I receive notifications or updates on the day of my ride? / I can't find my driver, what should I do?

You will receive notifications when your vehicle is 10 minutes, 5 minutes away and a final one when your vehicle arrives.

If you have difficulties locating your bus, please approach your Duty Manager or the Bus Coordinator for assistance.
