Once you have a ride confirmation, be at ESA Entrance's Pick up point at least 10 minutes prior to the pick up time.
To access your boarding pass, go to Menu > Manage Rides or simply tap on the notifications.
You will be able to track the location of the bus 10 minutes before the departure time on your ride ticket.
Once the bus has arrived, open your boarding pass and swipe on the bar when it is enabled (turns dark).
You will see your boarding code which matches your Bus ID. Show this code and present it to the driver for verification.
Notifications for your drop-off will prompt you when you are reaching your destination.
