Ensure that you are enrolled by Duty Manager, then register for your account.
Please contact your Duty Manager if your account is not recognized in the system.
Ensure location services and notifications are enabled for the SWATBiz application and have your Employee ID and phone ready to register your account.
- Enter your company code: “ESA” and Employee ID (The Numbers on your Employee card, excluding the zeros) in the first view, then click Next.
- Set your password.
- Enter the OTP sent to the phone number you have provided to validate your account. If you have difficulties creating an account, please reach out to your Duty Manager to verify your enrolment details.
- Once you have successfully registered, enter your home location. It will be set as your favourite location under Settings.
