I am unable to login with my Employee ID, what should I do?

Your unique identifier will be your Employee ID (The numbers on your Employee Card, excluding the zeros).

If you still receive an error that your ID is invalid, you may not be registered in our system.

Please check with your Duty Manager for advice.
