I received a “We’re sorry we couldn’t find you a ride this time” message, why is that so and what should I do?

We would love to arrange your ride home, but there are 3 possible reasons which could have happened:

1. Our system adheres to strict maximum duration times to ensure all passengers get home fast, we may have calculated that your journey would take too long. 
2. There are limited seats and vehicles available, due to overwhelming demands, we are sorry that we are unable to serve you this time.
3. Taxis may have broken down, we wouldn’t want you to wait too long. Please check your application for any updates. 

At this point, please approach your Duty Manager at the counter for assistance.
